01 · Where you may be now

Maybe you don't need another thing to achieve.

You may have already changed a lot. A new city. A different career. A new relationship, project or way of living. On paper, things might even be going well. And yet, you don't fully feel where you thought you would be by now.

You have ideas, ambitions and things you want to create. You may even be taking steps towards them. But when so much is happening at once, it can be difficult to slow down long enough to understand what you really want, recognise how far you've already come, and decide what deserves your attention next.

"I feel like I should be further ahead by now."
"I wish I could slow down without feeling like I'm falling behind."
"I don't want to lose my ambition. I just want to move forward in a way that feels like mine."
A different way forward

What if moving forward didn't always mean doing more?

UNFOLD combines personal coaching, shared reflection and support between sessions.

Your personal space

6 personalised 1:1 coaching sessions

Every two weeks, we meet online for a 60-minute session focused entirely on what is happening for you, at your own pace, never a fixed script.

01

Slow down

We begin by arriving fully in the session and choosing together what needs your attention today.

02

Explore

Through conversation and powerful questions, we look beyond the first answer to what's really asking to be seen.

03

Move forward

You leave with a clear intention, one small concrete step, and a short written recap.

I won't give you the answers or tell you which direction to take.

My role is to ask questions that create room for your own insights to unfold, so you can hear more clearly what feels true and meaningful to you.

Your shared space

3 monthly Reflection Circles

Once a month, you meet in person in Valencia with the same small group of women.

Each Circle lasts approximately 2 hours and takes place in a quiet setting.

We pause and look at the month that has passed, reflect on what has changed and notice what you want to carry into the month ahead.

There may be journaling, meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, creative practices, pair reflection or group sharing, depending on what feels relevant. You decide how much you want to share.

We agree the Circle date together each month, choosing one date that works for the group.

Why the same group matters

Because change becomes easier to notice when someone has witnessed the journey.

The same women come back each month, so you can recognise what has shifted, what you've moved through and where you are now.

What women have shared

After the Reflection Circle

These reflections come from women who took part in earlier editions of the Reflection Circle.

"It helped me realise things that I thought I already knew, but that only became clear once I put them down on paper and said them out loud."
Eugenia P.
"I'm definitely moving at a slower pace than usual, in a good way. I've done a couple of the actions I set out to do, and I'm happy with the progress."
Dee E.
"It really helped me take those steps and actually make things happen."
Vicky B.

About me · Why I created UNFOLD

I thought change meant finding the next right thing.

For a long time, I thought I would finally feel better once I found the right city, the right job, the right relationship or the right direction. Over the past few years, I've changed cities, careers and relationships, and built a life from scratch more than once, so I know what it feels like to be excited about a new beginning while still wondering if you should already be further ahead.

Along the way, I trained as a life coach and kept exploring through my own coaching, journaling, meditation and breathwork, because I don't believe everyone needs the same tools, or that someone else can hand you the answers to your life. My approach is gentle and personalised: active listening, reflection and powerful questions that create space for you to hear your own voice more clearly, so moving forward isn't about finding another answer outside yourself, it's about creating enough space for your own insights to unfold.

A thoughtful fit

Is UNFOLD right for you?

It may be a good fit if

  • You're navigating a meaningful change in your life, professionally, personally, or in the way you want to live.
  • Growth matters to you, but so does the way you feel while you're growing.
  • You already do a lot of the inner work on your own, therapy, journaling, movement, but you're looking for a space that isn't therapy and isn't about business, just about you as a person.
  • You value both individual reflection and genuine connection with other women.

It is probably not the right fit if

  • You're looking for therapy or psychological treatment.
  • You don't want any form of group participation.
  • What you want is more pressure to do more, rather than space to understand what actually matters to you.

UNFOLD is not therapy and does not replace psychological or psychotherapeutic support. It isn't a space where I tell you which decision to make, and it isn't a fixed method in which every woman receives the same exercises. You don't need to arrive motivated, certain or with everything figured out.

Questions, honestly answered

Frequently asked questions

How much do I need to share in the group?+

You decide how much you want to share. Listening is also a way of participating, and you'll never be required to disclose something you'd rather keep private. At the same time, openness and participation are part of creating a meaningful group experience.

Do I need to be an entrepreneur?+

No. You may be an entrepreneur, want to create something of your own, be employed or be navigating another kind of life transition. What matters more is that you recognise yourself as an intentional woman who wants to create a life that feels more aligned with who she is.

What if I need to miss a Reflection Circle or reschedule a 1:1 session?+

1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; with less notice they will normally be considered used, except in case of genuine emergencies. If you miss a Reflection Circle, I'll send you a short summary of what we covered, along with any reflections or practices from that session, and we can pick up anything relevant in your next 1:1.
